4. Publisher Terms

5. Advertiser Terms

- Advertisers must honor valid calls that meet the agreed-upon criteria
- Advertisers must pay invoices within the agreed-upon terms
- We reserve the right to pause or remove offers that do not meet quality standards
6. Prohibited Activities
- Generating fraudulent, robocalled, or incentivized calls
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from our platform
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or internal systems
- Using our platform for any illegal purpose
- Circumventing or manipulating our tracking, attribution, or fraud detection systems
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on Elite-Calls.com are owned by or licensed to Rapid Response Marketing, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
